Our People
All our qualified nurses were selected for their demeanour and lean towards working with the elderly and the homes take pride in monitoring and improving their knowledge base with various courses from time to time.
We have dedicated and professional teams of care staff including qualified Nurses (in the Nursing homes). Our staff are from both here in the UK as well as from overseas. The carers employed in our homes come from varied background but all have one thing in common, their love for working with the elderly. Majority of the carers have completed their NVQ 2&3 or equivalent and some are in the process of completing their advanced qualifications. Some of our care and ancillary staff have over 20 years of experience in working in a care home setting or similar. We are proud of our staff and ensure that we improve their qualifications and experience using both the in-house and external courses.
