Apprenticeship
Under the Apprenticeship programme you work alongside experienced staff, earn wages and paid holidays whilst studying towards a related qualification. You are eligible to apply for Apprenticeship if you are 16 or above, not in full time education and have right to work in the UK. Regency Healthcare welcomes application from eligible young people who want to further their career through apprenticeship in a care home setting. Regency Healthcare has always tried to contribute towards the local economy. Providing jobs and apprenticeship opportunities to local people has been part of this endeavour. Traineeship
Traineeship programme is the latest initiative by the UK Government designed to help prepare young people ‘work ready’. Under the programme, essential work preparation trainings are provided to young people who want to get apprenticeship but lack necessary skills and experience. More information about the Traineeship Programme can be found on UK Government website. Regency Healthcare has a track record of working with local colleges and Universities to help people achieve their career goals.
